How long does account setup take?
Your FREE EmailPro account will be active immediately upon receipt of the sign up form you submitted. Go ahead and play around with the interface and design a few campaigns. Remember, you only pay when you send a campaign to more than 5 people. If for any reason you don't like it - you never have to sign in again and you don't pay a cent.
What about support?
EmailPro has a great deal of helpful information built into the system and accessible through the "help" button at the upper right when you're inside your account. In addition, you can send us a message via the form on our contact page. You can also visit tech.pixpromedia.com if you need immediate assistance.
How does EmailPro integrate with my website?
There are two main ways. First, you can put simple forms on your website to allow visitors to subscribe to your email lists. Second, you can automatically display all of your past email newsletters so that website visitors can see them. This display is handled automatically.
Can my newsletter look like my website?
It sure can. Each account comes with 30 great looking pre-built templates you can customize and use. You can also create your own templates and upload them into EmailPro.

Why would I pay for e-mail?
If you're sending e-mail messages to less than 5 people then we would agree with you. You probably don't need EmailPro. But, if you are sending newsletters or announcements via e-mail to 10, 30, 50 or more recipients then you owe it to yourself to try our product. EmailPro has built in tools that make it easy to send messages to many recipients like import/export wizards, message bounce back reports and custom fields that let you store extra information about your subscribers. We also make it super simple to integrate your mailing list with your website, simply copy and paste the provided HTML into your site and you're good to go. I use a free mailing list program, why would I pay for one?
Free mailing list programs are fine and there are a lot of them. But we have found that you typically get what you pay for like clunky user interfaces, limited functionality and no real guarantee as to whether your message was received or not.
